FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, and high-quality dental care. We understand that you or your child may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. We are sensitive to your needs, and it is our goal to make you feel comfortable visiting our practice while providing the best possible care.

YOUR FIRST VISIT IS ALL ABOUT YOU: YOUR COMFORT, YOUR HAPPINESS, AND YOUR HEALTH

During your first visit, we will review your dental and medical history forms, and take X-rays of your teeth and mouth. A hygienist will clean and polish your teeth, and inspect your teeth and gums for cavities or early signs of tooth decay or gingivitis. Then, one of our doctors will meet with you to discuss your X-rays, help you create your own individual treatment plan, and answer any questions that you may have.

REGULAR CHECKUPS ARE AN IMPORTANT PART OF MAINTAINING A HEALTHY SMILE!

The American Dental Association recommends a visit to your dentist every six months for regular checkups and routine teeth cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

The cost of your treatment will vary, depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options with you before you begin, so you can make the best choice for yourself.

PAYMENTS

Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it. For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards, checks, cash and money orders. Payment is due at the time services are performed. With more extensive treatment plans, financial arrangements can be made with our office. Additionally, when you make an appointment for a procedure we will advise you of the fee for that appointment.

INSURANCE

If you have dental insurance, we can file claims on your behalf to help obtain any reimbursement due to you. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.
